Dr. Jack M. Routé is a fellowship-trained surgeon practicing in Williamsville, New York. He specializes in forefoot, rearfoot and ankle reconstructive surgery, foot and ankle trauma, and regenerative therapies including PRP — combining modern technique with patient-first care.

About
Dr. Routé earned his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Barry University and completed his surgical residency at Catholic Health System in Buffalo, where he served as Chief Resident.
He went on to complete an advanced fellowship at the Denver VA Hospital and the University of Colorado, with focused training in foot and ankle trauma and surgical limb salvage. He is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and serves as teaching faculty for the Catholic Health residency program.
Outside the clinic
An avid hiker and outdoorsman, Dr. Routé spends his weekends on the trails of Western New York and beyond — a firsthand reminder of how much healthy feet carry us through.
